… met today at my place.

We had a wonderful, wobbly time.  We started off by sharing what we each wanted to take away from the session and some changes we’d love to see realized in our lives.

Then we practiced accessing the Matrix Energetics state or our ‘heartspace’ a few different ways until we were all deeply immersed in it.  From there, we practiced working on everyone present simultaneously by inviting the complex patterns of our many issues and potentials to show up to each of us as a single pattern, image or feeling.

After that, we worked with the notion of multiple selves.  Everyone found it surprisingly easy to create and sense multiples of themselves working away on tasks assigned to them.   On the left is a photo of Virginia working on Emily.  You may not be able to see Virginia’s 3 multiples in the photo, but all of us there - particularly Emily - could sense them busily at work.  Even after she sat down. The two hours passed like a flash.
