It would be useful for me to get some rest and renewal for an hour after work, say, and then be able to embark upon something new. Keep up the adventures, we are along for the ride!

I think this is an amazing way to offer a state (frequency? tone?) to someone. Wendy, please continue developing this. Your voice is wonderful by itself but it really is such a perfect vehicle for this. I see unlimited potential.
