This morning, I woke up knowing it was time to take the next step forward with a project I’ve been working on for months – my Youthening Program.     My Inbox stuffed with dozens of enthusiastic detailed reports from those who took the beta test, I now know it works and so its time to get it launched into a life of its own.

However, I wasn’t exactly clear on what the next step should be.

Should I beef it up some more?  Add additional videos and audios to help folks understand how and why these quantum downloads work?  Or should I release it as is?     Etcetera.

I know from experience that my best next step always appears when I completely drop the need to make a decision at all.   Once the need to take action is gone, the right next action arises in its own time.  My only job is to remain the space for it to appear within.    To help myself drop the need for a decision, I find nothing better than going for a solo walk.  (See me above, doing that this morning.)

I live in the country and the block around my house includes a 5 km trek skirting farmer’s fields.  Today about 15 minutes into my walk I deliberately let go of any need to take any action whatsoever to move my project, or life, forward in any way.

I began to savour the sweet freedom of life with no to-do list.

Seconds later, a brilliant blue pickup truck pulled up beside me and its smiling driver leaned out the window towards me.

“Hey” he said, “I just have to tell you you look like you are completely enjoying yourself.   With your hair swinging from side to side like that, you look like you don’t have a care in the world.”

I smiled, agreed, and thanked him as he drove away.

Choices will inevitably be made.   But for now, all that’s required – or possible – from me is appreciation for the sunshine, the walk and timely confirmation of my relaxed state of mind from a cheerful stranger in a blue pickup truck.

You don’t need me to tell you that, no matter what work you do, it can sometimes get serious.    Especially if, like me, your work intersects with the lives, health and happiness of others.

So I thought that today I’d share one secret I’ve used to help myself keep it light.

When I got him about 12 years ago I decided that his job was to ask me one question:

“What would make this more fun?”

So over the years, many times I’ve stopped to ask myself, “What would make this more fun?”

For example, I used to get serious while adding new audio-recordings to the Consciousness Playground online Store.  (Its technical work and I’m not so technical…)

Then one day, I asked myself, “What would make this more fun?”

And the answer was, “Find a great photo to go with each recording.”

So I got myself a membership at iStock.com and now, whenever I add a recording to the Store, my second favourite part after making the recording, is choosing the photo that goes with it.

Two days ago, for example, I spent a happy hour scrolling through iStock to find a photo to go with the Russian New Knowledge Organ Regeneration Audio-Package I just added there.     (Hint:  if you search for photos that represent ‘organ regeneration’ you get nada.   The concept obviously hasn’t hit mainstream yet  :-)

But I absolutely love the one I found and think it represents the concept perfectly.   See what I mean here…

When I first came across JP’s story and the book in which he shares it, Manifesting Michelangelo, I cried for sheer joy.

JP proves that it is possible to reshape your physical body and transform your physical appearance.

(You’ll forgive me for mentioning that JP himself appears fairly easy on the eyes. As you might expect a sculptor of the human form to be.)

As a Consciousness Pioneer, I love to push the boundaries of what we humans collectively believe possible.  My current passion is to reveal the true connection between your spirituality and physical beauty. (Left is me, making a video on the topic in my backyard last week.   The wee orb by my left eye hung around during the filming…)  

I want to find out, “Can your spirituality make you beautiful?”   And I invite you to find out with me.

Most of us have a love-hate relationship with physical beauty.  We admire it, secretly long for it yet feel powerless to influence our own.  Feeling stuck with ‘what we were born with’ we scorn those who attempt to improve their attractiveness, yet relate to the feeling clearly exposed in the overly-Botoxed face or cosmetically-plumped parts - a yearning to be something more beautiful than we feel we are.

It doesn’t have to be this way!   Its entirely possible for the inner transformation you are experiencing to also be visible in a dramatic transformation in your physical appearance as well. In fact, evidence of this truth is already being gathered through results like these that people are experiencing with my Youthening Program, currently coming to the end of its beta testing phase.

The laws of physics require that a change in your inner awareness and power must be reflected in your outward life – including your appearance – as well.   Unless you believe this is not possible.   Or have conflicted ideas like ‘desiring beauty is vain’, ‘I don’t deserve it’, ‘I shouldn’t want it’ or ‘beauty would bring unwanted problems of its own’.

I want to bust those unconsciously-agreed up beliefs to smithereens so you can be physically beautiful and own it as a natural expression of who you really are.

Why not make a dream you’ve never dared to dream come true?

Three months ago I launched a beta test of my quantum state-based Youthening Program with about 150 members of my online community, the Consciousness Playground.

Those members are now half-way through the 6-month Youthening Program.

So… are they experiencing Youthening effects?

It certainly seems so.    (Unlike my two kids, Nick and Haley, pictured with me above. They are definitely growing older.  In fact, see here the little pumpkins they were just a short while ago.)

Each member of the Youthening Program completes a Youth Assessment Test when they begin the program and retakes it at the end.  While no member has yet been in the Youthening Program long enough to have their ‘before and after’ measures yet, here are a few comments made by members already:

“I noticed a remarkable physical change, one that I wasn’t expecting. Yesterday I attended a meeting and someone who hadn’t seen me in a year exclaimed, “you are so radiant…you look like years have fallen off of you”. At the end of that same meeting a man who has to be 10 years younger than me asked for my phone number for a date. Love it! (C.M.)

I can’t say if these results are ‘typical’.

Its quite possible they’re not.

Why wonder if it might work for you when you can so easily find out for yourself?

Today I released, for members of my Consciousness Playground community, a 60-minute Audio-recording introducing them to the New Knowledge for the New Age material which is responsible for regrowth of organs and tissues using consciousness alone.

I thought, if you’re interested part of a post I just made to the Consciousness Playground Members Only Forum in which I described some of my own initial feelings about this body of work.

“Dear Members, I want to share a bit of what I personally have grappled with in deciding how best to share this Organ Regrowth material with you.

The truth is that, at first, I found it very regimented and ‘in the mind’.

It didn’t sit comfortably with me and I wasn’t quite sure of what to make of it.

I (arrogantly) felt it could be improved upon by adding more emotion, more underlying energy and much more freedom.

Ultimately, however, in planning the Nov 2 recording that I just released for you, I kept coming back to the fact that this body of work is getting amazing results as it exists.

Once I settled into the idea of not tinkering with it,  I started to really like the way this work challenges my previously-existing assumptions about how one works best in the quantum field.  Including what you have to do and not do.

Like get out of the left brain and be in the heart, let go of control, feel things.

It made me ask, “What if those assumptions are options – rather than necessities?”

What if a person who is very in-the-mind can as easily shift reality in profound ways by staying very mental, using prescribed words and processes?  And achieve observable physical changes through…

Focus.  Concentration. And trust that following the processes closely… are enough?

So, as you can tell from the Recording, I decided to deliver the material in the same way I was taught and experienced it.   Can’t wait to hear your thoughts, feelings and experiences too!”

By the way, its not too late to join the Consciousness Playground this month, listen to the Recordings and teleclasses in which I share this New Knowledge for the  New Age.   You too might find some of your assumptions being challenged.

For sure, you’ll be able to decide how you feel about it – and experience what it can do for you – yourself.

Today I realized something important about the quantum information I’m capturing on audio and delivering as a 12-step Youthening Program.

I realized that you will receive the best results if I deliver the information in its purest form.

That means, conveyed to you in silence.

My added descriptions, instructions and interpretations of the information aren’t required and may even limit your expectation of what’s possible.

With the 12 Youthening Downloads, you will have an interaction with the light and information embedded in the audios that is perfectly designed for you.   Your experience may be completely different from anyone else’s.    And the unfolding of YOUR Youthening experience will be orchestrated by intelligence that knows you and what’s best for you much better than I do.

So I don’t need to label, describe or prepare you for each Youthening Download.   Each recording, in fact, will be a real-time conscious interaction you will be having at the moment you focus on it.

And while I may create the setting in which these multidimensional interactions take place, I do not need to be part of the conversation itself.

The moment I received this understanding, I started to experience magic.

All 12 Youthening Downloads began to arrive, in sequence.

I switched on my audio-recording equipment and captured each one for you as it appeared.

Capturing them back-to-back, I was mesmerized by how clearly each one has its own distinct, unique powerful presence.

And I was amazed by how condensed the new Youthening recordings are.

(Barely one minute each!)

Of course, that’s because the higher states of consciousness they come from are beyond time and space.   So when you listen, you access them from the part of you that is outside of time and space too.   In that part of you, a second expands into a lifetime if needed.

So really, a full minute of quantum time is almost overkill .

The Youthening Downloads are exquisite.

And I will make them available to you after I get back from Thailand at the end of October.  That’s when I will set them up to be delivered to you in sequence on a timetable.

If you would appreciate guidance in using them and answers to your questions, I’ll provide those as options.   But that information will be given on the side, not within the recordings themselves.

If you’ve been working with the original versions of Youthening Downloads #1 and #2 (posted in previous blog posts), this means you’ll be starting at the beginning again – with the new Youthening Download #1.

Mmmmmm.  I certainly didn’t wake up knowing this would happen today!

I’ve only released 2 of the 12 Youthening Downloads that will eventually be available.  But already, I’m receiving anectodal reports from people about specific results they are noticing.   Here are just a few:

• menstruation starting up again (Oops.  Betcha didn’t really want that one!)
• skin looking plumper, younger and less dry
• reduction or disappearance of pain
• realignment of joints affected by past injury
• more rested with less sleep
• and, of course, the indescribable experiences of energy moving, shifting and changing on a quantum level, for those who are able to sense it.

This morning I especially enjoyed reading the following comment left on this blog post by Young T.

“This is what I have noticed in 3 times with each of the first two down loads. I used to get up to pee several times each night. Now, I am only getting up once. My muscle tone seems to be getting better in my arms–especially my biceps. My hands which have always looked much older than the rest of my body, seem to be youthenizing.”

Gosh, I can’t believe how many new folks are dropping by here to work with the first 2 (of eventually 12) Youthening Downloads I’ve posted.

This quick post is to tell you that its about to become easier for you to find and work with each Youthening Download.

That’s because, right now, I’m setting up a new system to organize and deliver the Youthening Downloads to you.

After all, I’ve got Youthening Download #3 and Youthening Download #4 captured on audio already, (but not posted.)  And with a total of 12 coming, I want you to be able to find each one easily and quickly.   Especially if you want to work with each Download for 3 days in a row like I recommend.

I leave for Thailand (to study the Regeneration and Regrowth of Organs) in less that 2 weeks, so I’m not sure when I’ll announce the new easier access to the Youthening Downloads.  But for now you can anticipate that one day when you pop by here, you’ll discover a much easier way to receive your Youthening Downloads than by scrolling through past blog posts.
