In my online community, the Consciousness Playground, we are refining our Body Sculpting abilities, reshaping matter – including human tissue – with consciousness alone.

Minutes ago I released a brand new Body Sculpting audio recording for members along with an insight I had about it.

Thought I’d share that insight with you here by sharing an excerpt of a post I made to the Consciousness Playground Members Only Forum.

 ”Dear Pioneers, 

After I made today’s Body Sculpting recording, I had an awareness of why this material is so light, so simple (in my opinion) and straightforward. 

The laws of physics allow for information from the future to be transmitted to the present.  To those who are sensitive to this information, we pick it up as precognition – awareness of what is about to occur.  Since the ability to sculpt matter (human tissue), is just ahead for us, we know its coming even without evidence.    (Don’t you just feel it in every fibre of your being?)

So the lightness comes because we really need do nothing but wait. And, if we like, to play with what’s showing up already.

Lyall Watson put this nicely into words in his book “Gifts of Unknown Things” (condensed for brevity below):

“Precognition means knowing in advance… Significant events disturb the area of space-time in which they occur and make waves which move out in all directions. Any one person’s chances of experiencing the event in advance increase if it is dramatic, concerns that person directly…, and is due to take place soon.

Visualize yourself moving along the time axis of a space-time pond… An event takes place ahead of you, producing waves on the pond. The closer you get to the event, the more likely you are to feel the waves and pick up information about it… The waves travel too fast to make sense but they interact with waves you yourself are making.

The result is an interference pattern that moves more slowly and gives you time to appreciate its detail. You begin to perceive the event in advance, but its not happening in front of your eyes, instead you experience it in your mind.

Then you reach the point where the waves originate. The event takes place. You recognize it and think, This feels familiar, it has all happened before…”

This is where we are at with Body Sculpting.

If you’ve been following my latest blog posts, you already know that starting in July in my online community, The Consciousness Playground, we’re going to be trying our hand at using consciousness alone to reshape physical matter. Specifically, ahem, our bodies.

If this notion seems intriguing (or preposterous) you’ll want to know that JP Farrell (pictured, left) has been doing this for years – with lots of evidence to prove it.

When I first came across JP’s story and the book in which he shares it, Manifesting Michelangelo, I cried for sheer joy.

JP proves that it is possible to reshape your physical body and transform your physical appearance.

(You’ll forgive me for mentioning that JP himself appears fairly easy on the eyes. As you might expect a sculptor of the human form to be.)

And if you’ve got the moxie to try your hand at it too (smaller ears, anyone? Less underarm wobble, perhaps?), you can do so by becoming a member of the Consciousness Playground.

Its an offensive question, unless you consider it from a quantum perspective, where the only possible answer is ‘Yes’.

After all, my desire to help others requires that there exist those who reciprocate by needing my help.    Now, if those folks exist independent of me, that’s no problem.  But on an energetic level where ‘what I put out is what I attract’, then my desire to heal suffering actually creates the suffering that needs to be healed.

Quantum-wise, there’s no getting around it.

I stumbled upon this uncomfortable realization several years ago.  And I saw that if I really wanted to live on a planet where healing wasn’t required, then first I had to stop being a healer.

And that was a problem because I had a lot invested in helping others heal.

Helping others gave me a great sense of satisfaction. It gave purpose to my days.   And by gum, it was the source of my income.

I got a lot of personal benefit from living in a world that includes suffering.    And I saw to my discomfort, that I had a lot to lose if I lived in a world where no one needed healing, no one needed help and no one needed my services.

At first that felt really bad.  Until it started to feel really good.

There’s a saying in quantum circles that “you can’t experience a reality you’re not the vibration of.”  Meaning, in this case, that if you’re experiencing a world that includes suffering, you can’t experience a world where there is no suffering.   Change your vibe, however, and you change the world you live in.

I realized that more than wanting satisfaction, purpose and income, I wanted to live in a world where no one suffered or needed help or healing.

And that shift led me to explore levels of consciousness play that are rarely talked about, much less discussed.

Starting next month in my online community, the Consciousness Playground, we’re going to dive in to this topic.   Its part of a new level of play that includes seeing how your inner ‘light’ can reshape your physical body.

Some will consider this focus frivolous in a world that has so many more serious things to be concerned about.

I couldn’t disagree more.   And starting in July, in the Consciousness Playground, I’ll show you how and why.

And what to do with yourself if you’re a healer who becomes a ‘former healer’ as a result.

I want to find out, “Can your spirituality make you beautiful?”   And I invite you to find out with me.

Most of us have a love-hate relationship with physical beauty.  We admire it, secretly long for it yet feel powerless to influence our own.  Feeling stuck with ‘what we were born with’ we scorn those who attempt to improve their attractiveness, yet relate to the feeling clearly exposed in the overly-Botoxed face or cosmetically-plumped parts - a yearning to be something more beautiful than we feel we are.

It doesn’t have to be this way!   Its entirely possible for the inner transformation you are experiencing to also be visible in a dramatic transformation in your physical appearance as well. In fact, evidence of this truth is already being gathered through results like these that people are experiencing with my Youthening Program, currently coming to the end of its beta testing phase.

The laws of physics require that a change in your inner awareness and power must be reflected in your outward life – including your appearance – as well.   Unless you believe this is not possible.   Or have conflicted ideas like ‘desiring beauty is vain’, ‘I don’t deserve it’, ‘I shouldn’t want it’ or ‘beauty would bring unwanted problems of its own’.

I want to bust those unconsciously-agreed up beliefs to smithereens so you can be physically beautiful and own it as a natural expression of who you really are.

Why not make a dream you’ve never dared to dream come true?

Consciousness Playground member, Katannya Cummings of British Columbia, just enthused about the Russian New Knowledge for the New Age material that we’re working with in that online community throughout the month of November.    She said:

Recently a member of my Consciousness Playground community asked a great question:

“How are your 12 Youthening Downloads going to cohere or interact with the material that you have brought back from the Organ Regrowth Seminar?”

The short answer is that the Youthening Downloads exist outside time and space – they are complete information on this topic on every level and they include everything I/we already know about Youthening as well as everything we will all ever know or need to know.    They are the complete package.

That means the Organ Regrowth and Regeneration information is already embedded into the Youthening Downloads, even though I wasn’t aware of this material when I recorded them.

My own conscious understanding, expertise and life experience is unrelated to the quantum potential of the Youthening Downloads.

Having said that, when we each encounter the Youthening Downloads, we will encounter them as the individual we are at that time.  So whatever understanding we have of quantum physics, techniques for accessing zero point and beliefs about what’s possible will, I believe, shape the results we are unconsciously and consciously willing to pull from them.

So the doors that open within you as a result of hearing and experiencing the Russian “New Knowledge for the New Age” will likely expand what you allow yourself to manifest from the Youthening Downloads.

What I’m saying is that the Russian material won’t change the Downloads, but it may change who you are when you receive them.

That’s why, while I will still make the Youthening Downloads available to everyone at some point, I have decided to trial them first within the Consciousness Playground first.   There’s a state present there that is of such high conscious understanding and allowing of miracles that I want the Downloads to land into this collective consciousness first.

In fact, a brand new Consciousness Playground member expressed this beautifully in a post I saw to the Members Only Forum only moments ago:

I have only been here less than a week, and wow, do I feel it. The energy, consciousness of this group is permeating my days in the most extraordinary ways – nothing I can even begin to describe, but I am just very aware of how multi-dimensional I feel, and finally in a way that doesn’t scare me. (Mostly I just assumed before that I was just nuts).  So much love.

If you’ve been listening to Youthening Downloads #1 and #2, you might already be starting to notice results.

But its likely that you are also doing other things to help yourself look and feel younger.

So you might be wondering, “How can I tell which results are because of these Youthening Downloads versus another reason?

Its an obvious question.

But watch the question drop away when you re-adjust your perception of the nature of reality.

On the human level, we each live in a world of ‘either-or’.  On the physical level, things are noticably separate from each other.

On that level its normal to say, “That ache disappeared either because of that Youthening Download or because of that new supplement/exercise/diet change/fill-in-the-blank.”

However, when you peer deeper into the nature of reality, the underlying truth appears much simpler.

On the quantum level, YOU – and your desire to look and feel young – are the source of everything showing up in your experience related to Youthening.

On that level your consciousness is the source of your body AND of every resource now showing up to support you in having the physical experience you want.

You are even the source of me, Wendy Down, and this website with the entire body of work that’s growing here.    YOU created me to make these rockin’ Youthening Downloads and offer them to you.

Nice work, my friend  :-)

The fact that at this point in your life, you are even discussing Youthening with me reflects that you are get closer to actualizing an ageless body that physically reflects your inner wholeness, wisdom and well-being.

As your interest, excitement and evidence over this possibility grow, watch for more and more options to show up to help you realize that desire.

You may feel a sudden urge to exercise again.

You may suddenly find a healthy diet that appeals to you.

You may hear of simpler, more affordable medical procedures, astounding new products and just-discovered healing processes.   Each effective in undoing the effects of time.

Life is going to turn itself inside out soon to offer a variety of ways to look, feel and be young.

Understand that, behind the scenes, you are the organizing force.

One day you’ll look back to see how YOU were the source of your own Youthening all along.

But keep coming here to visit.   After all, you must have created me to make it fun, affordable and easy for you

If you’ve been participating in the Youthening work going on here, you might be wondering, “When am I going to start seeing results?”

A natural question, fer sure.

If you believe what my inner guides, Larry, Curley and Moe are saying, it probably won’t be tomorrow.

The word is that the sequence of change embedded in the Youthening Downloads I’m capturing on audio and posting here, are working on you from the inside out.

Which of course is fitting, since the outside world is always a reflection of the inside world.

So if you’re disappointed because you haven’t seen dewy, flawless skin by now, try to trust that there are forces at work here that know better than you and I how deliver this in the best possible way.

And if it helps, keep in mind one of my favorite reassuring quotes, “Disappointment is just a judgment made too soon.”

A couple weeks ago I had the good fortune to meet Sam (left) who was visiting Canada from his home in the UK.

As we sat down to chat, I asked Sam a question I often ask first-time visitors to my studio/office.

“Sam, what do you understand that I do for people?”

Sam’s reply was so clear, succinct and accurate that it stopped me cold.

In eight simple words, Sam summed up not only my underlying approach to life but also what I’m up to right now with my ridiculously impossible Youthening work.

Sam’s warm, brown eyes flashed as he said,

“You help people believe they can do anything.”

Right on, Sam. No one has ever said it better.

I help people believe they can do anything – especially the impossible – because I know for sure that whatever a person believes IS true. For them.

If a person is committed to believing that its laughable to think that wrinkles could ever be erased naturally, the Universe will turn itself inside out to prove them right. They will see evidence everywhere supporting their view as the right one.

But, if someone else believes it may be possible to grow young again, the Universe will also eventually prove them right too.

We often mistakenly say, “Seeing is believing”. But its actually the reverse.

Believing is seeing.

With the impossible, it can just take a bit longer.

So thanks, Sam. I do help people believe they can do anything.

Because I know for sure that they can.
