Last week I spent an unforgettable afternoon with JP Farrell, author of Manifesting Michaelangelo, metaphysician and true sculptor of human tissue through consciousness alone. (That’s us in New York City, left.)

I saw unbe-freaking-lievable before-and-after photos of JP’s healing and reshaping effects on human tissue.

I saw x-rays of bones, shattered in the before photo, healthy and whole in the after photo.

One pair of images showed the saggy neck and jaw of a woman, about 60. In the next photo, the same woman’s neck had been transformed into the smoothness of a 20 year old.

I saw before-and-after photos showing significant cosmetic improvements in the face of a well-known celebrity.  I read that celebrity’s ‘Thank You’ note to this gifted healer.

I heard about the who’s who and what’s what of the public world including royalty who have been Body Sculpted (my word, not his) by JP.

I heard about the hundreds of hours of video tape showing instant physical transformation as JP sits quietly tapped into the quantum field.

After seeing the evidence, I asked him my most pressing question,

“JP, what do you feel is required for the average person to be able to heal and reshape human tissue with consciousness alone?”

His answer was so simple that he gave it in 3 short sentences.  22 words in total.

I’ve shared that answer (guidelines really) with members of my online community, the Consciousness Playground, because those of us assembled there are now honing our own abilities to reshape human tissue with consciousness alone.

You don’t need me to tell you that, no matter what work you do, it can sometimes get serious.    Especially if, like me, your work intersects with the lives, health and happiness of others.

So I thought that today I’d share one secret I’ve used to help myself keep it light.

When I got him about 12 years ago I decided that his job was to ask me one question:

“What would make this more fun?”

So over the years, many times I’ve stopped to ask myself, “What would make this more fun?”

For example, I used to get serious while adding new audio-recordings to the Consciousness Playground online Store.  (Its technical work and I’m not so technical…)

Then one day, I asked myself, “What would make this more fun?”

And the answer was, “Find a great photo to go with each recording.”

So I got myself a membership at iStock.com and now, whenever I add a recording to the Store, my second favourite part after making the recording, is choosing the photo that goes with it.

Two days ago, for example, I spent a happy hour scrolling through iStock to find a photo to go with the Russian New Knowledge Organ Regeneration Audio-Package I just added there.     (Hint:  if you search for photos that represent ‘organ regeneration’ you get nada.   The concept obviously hasn’t hit mainstream yet  :-)

But I absolutely love the one I found and think it represents the concept perfectly.   See what I mean here…

In my online community, the Consciousness Playground, we are refining our Body Sculpting abilities, reshaping matter – including human tissue – with consciousness alone.

Minutes ago I released a brand new Body Sculpting audio recording for members along with an insight I had about it.

Thought I’d share that insight with you here by sharing an excerpt of a post I made to the Consciousness Playground Members Only Forum.

 ”Dear Pioneers, 

After I made today’s Body Sculpting recording, I had an awareness of why this material is so light, so simple (in my opinion) and straightforward. 

The laws of physics allow for information from the future to be transmitted to the present.  To those who are sensitive to this information, we pick it up as precognition – awareness of what is about to occur.  Since the ability to sculpt matter (human tissue), is just ahead for us, we know its coming even without evidence.    (Don’t you just feel it in every fibre of your being?)

So the lightness comes because we really need do nothing but wait. And, if we like, to play with what’s showing up already.

Lyall Watson put this nicely into words in his book “Gifts of Unknown Things” (condensed for brevity below):

“Precognition means knowing in advance… Significant events disturb the area of space-time in which they occur and make waves which move out in all directions. Any one person’s chances of experiencing the event in advance increase if it is dramatic, concerns that person directly…, and is due to take place soon.

Visualize yourself moving along the time axis of a space-time pond… An event takes place ahead of you, producing waves on the pond. The closer you get to the event, the more likely you are to feel the waves and pick up information about it… The waves travel too fast to make sense but they interact with waves you yourself are making.

The result is an interference pattern that moves more slowly and gives you time to appreciate its detail. You begin to perceive the event in advance, but its not happening in front of your eyes, instead you experience it in your mind.

Then you reach the point where the waves originate. The event takes place. You recognize it and think, This feels familiar, it has all happened before…”

This is where we are at with Body Sculpting.

6 months ago, members of my online community The Consciousness Playground started to beta test my new Youthening Program.   The beta test was intended to let participants experience the impact of this Program at its most bare bones.   Participants experienced the 12 Quantum Downloads I captured on audio-recordings with no added embellishments.

There were no ‘exercises’, no guided meditations, no teaching, no description, no lessons or explanation.

Just the 12 Youthening Downloads, each one a minute long listened to 3 times over 3 days spaced 2 weeks apart.

(I’ll do the math for you: members invested a total of under 40 minutes over a 6 month period in the Youthening Program.)

At the beginning, participants scored themselves on a Youth Assessment I designed.  The Youth Assessment allowed members to score their satisfaction in all aspects of their physical, mental and emotional well-being.     They re-took this test again at the end of the Youthening Program.

So far, the results are exceeding all my expectations.

Not surprising, I suppose, since I had no idea what to expect.

I’ll share more of the results reported in more detail later, but here a very few (typical) examples of the many positive reports members are describing:

“I do notice definite changes… What I now have is a complete shift in perspective, that really anything is possible. How refreshing and empowering !!   On the physical front, I have noticed a definite improvement in my skin with less obvious lines and wrinkles and I feel less stiff and achy … “

“My Youth Assessment scores have increased from 65 points to 76 points. Seven of  the 14 age-related problems listed 6 months ago have been improved or no longer a problem…  I just passed my 60th birthday and I do not look like it. The wrinkles on my hands are less than 6 months ago.”

“My score went from 52 to 83, how’s that? And I think it should be higher, since I am not walking with a cane any longer and my overall functioning level has immensely improved…”

“… my short term memory has improved. I no longer have pain in my hands as I did when we began this short journey together. My muscle tone is better and I have far fewer gray in my hair… Best of all I feel young and youthful… I also feel very optimistic about my future as I believe the “aging process” has been arrested in me….

“My total score went up an extra nine points and oddly enough, I felt that I scored high in the beginning. I’ve noticed that my youthening is mostly on a physical level. What I had noticed before as little imperfections have now disappeared! It also seems that more people are asking me about my weight, as if they might notice something different but can’t really say what it is that looks different about me. I listed 8 issues that I wanted to see change in, and so far I’ve hit 5 of them…  I have also been observing others…looking at them wondering if they are also youthening? It seems that friends and family are also looking and feeling good too!”

“My score went from 53 to 73. I would have to say my most dramatic Youthening has been in the area of strength and flexibility. I can now easily raise myself up from the couch or an easy chair and wiggle/scrunch/maneuver to get in and out of a car. (That is HUGE.) I can pick up and carry things that I haven’t been able to for a long time. My hair seems thicker (it was seriously getting thin) and it has less gray. Also, my lymph circulation is improved, and pain in my feet, knees, back and neck has diminished greatly and, in some areas, disappeared. I think I have fewer wrinkles, too.”

And so on.    (And on, and on…)

Now, did everyone experience such positive results?

No, but the highly positive results like these are currently outweighing the neutral or negative scoring by at least 7 to 1.  I figure that’s about as often as Tylenol relieves a headache and I understand Tylenol is considered a reliable pain reliever…

Now that we know the Youthening Downloads usually result in observable effects, I’m adding to the existing bare bones of the Youthening Program.

I’m writing explanations, information and practical exercises to supplement the 12 Youthening Downloads.    Making it understandable and practical for those who want to youthen but don’t get the whole quantum thing.

Here’s to growing younger rather than older over time!

If you’ve been following my latest blog posts, you already know that starting in July in my online community, The Consciousness Playground, we’re going to be trying our hand at using consciousness alone to reshape physical matter. Specifically, ahem, our bodies.

If this notion seems intriguing (or preposterous) you’ll want to know that JP Farrell (pictured, left) has been doing this for years – with lots of evidence to prove it.

When I first came across JP’s story and the book in which he shares it, Manifesting Michelangelo, I cried for sheer joy.

JP proves that it is possible to reshape your physical body and transform your physical appearance.

(You’ll forgive me for mentioning that JP himself appears fairly easy on the eyes. As you might expect a sculptor of the human form to be.)

And if you’ve got the moxie to try your hand at it too (smaller ears, anyone? Less underarm wobble, perhaps?), you can do so by becoming a member of the Consciousness Playground.

Its an offensive question, unless you consider it from a quantum perspective, where the only possible answer is ‘Yes’.

After all, my desire to help others requires that there exist those who reciprocate by needing my help.    Now, if those folks exist independent of me, that’s no problem.  But on an energetic level where ‘what I put out is what I attract’, then my desire to heal suffering actually creates the suffering that needs to be healed.

Quantum-wise, there’s no getting around it.

I stumbled upon this uncomfortable realization several years ago.  And I saw that if I really wanted to live on a planet where healing wasn’t required, then first I had to stop being a healer.

And that was a problem because I had a lot invested in helping others heal.

Helping others gave me a great sense of satisfaction. It gave purpose to my days.   And by gum, it was the source of my income.

I got a lot of personal benefit from living in a world that includes suffering.    And I saw to my discomfort, that I had a lot to lose if I lived in a world where no one needed healing, no one needed help and no one needed my services.

At first that felt really bad.  Until it started to feel really good.

There’s a saying in quantum circles that “you can’t experience a reality you’re not the vibration of.”  Meaning, in this case, that if you’re experiencing a world that includes suffering, you can’t experience a world where there is no suffering.   Change your vibe, however, and you change the world you live in.

I realized that more than wanting satisfaction, purpose and income, I wanted to live in a world where no one suffered or needed help or healing.

And that shift led me to explore levels of consciousness play that are rarely talked about, much less discussed.

Starting next month in my online community, the Consciousness Playground, we’re going to dive in to this topic.   Its part of a new level of play that includes seeing how your inner ‘light’ can reshape your physical body.

Some will consider this focus frivolous in a world that has so many more serious things to be concerned about.

I couldn’t disagree more.   And starting in July, in the Consciousness Playground, I’ll show you how and why.

And what to do with yourself if you’re a healer who becomes a ‘former healer’ as a result.

Most of us have a love-hate relationship with physical beauty.  We admire it, secretly long for it yet feel powerless to influence our own.  Feeling stuck with ‘what we were born with’ we scorn those who attempt to improve their attractiveness, yet relate to the feeling clearly exposed in the overly-Botoxed face or cosmetically-plumped parts - a yearning to be something more beautiful than we feel we are.

It doesn’t have to be this way!   Its entirely possible for the inner transformation you are experiencing to also be visible in a dramatic transformation in your physical appearance as well. In fact, evidence of this truth is already being gathered through results like these that people are experiencing with my Youthening Program, currently coming to the end of its beta testing phase.

The laws of physics require that a change in your inner awareness and power must be reflected in your outward life – including your appearance – as well.   Unless you believe this is not possible.   Or have conflicted ideas like ‘desiring beauty is vain’, ‘I don’t deserve it’, ‘I shouldn’t want it’ or ‘beauty would bring unwanted problems of its own’.

I want to bust those unconsciously-agreed up beliefs to smithereens so you can be physically beautiful and own it as a natural expression of who you really are.

Why not make a dream you’ve never dared to dream come true?

Three months ago I launched a beta test of my quantum state-based Youthening Program with about 150 members of my online community, the Consciousness Playground.

Those members are now half-way through the 6-month Youthening Program.

So… are they experiencing Youthening effects?

It certainly seems so.    (Unlike my two kids, Nick and Haley, pictured with me above. They are definitely growing older.  In fact, see here the little pumpkins they were just a short while ago.)

Each member of the Youthening Program completes a Youth Assessment Test when they begin the program and retakes it at the end.  While no member has yet been in the Youthening Program long enough to have their ‘before and after’ measures yet, here are a few comments made by members already:

“I noticed a remarkable physical change, one that I wasn’t expecting. I went to the dentist the other day and after the gal was done cleaning my teeth she apparently looked at my chart and saw my age and then exclaimed “I would have never of thought you were 48″ I think something is happening!  (A.H., Texas)

Yesterday I attended a meeting and someone who hadn’t seen me in a year exclaimed, “you are so radiant…you look like years have fallen off of you”. At the end of that same meeting a man who has to be 10 years younger than me asked for my phone number for a date. Love it! (C.M.)

I can’t say if these results are ‘typical’.

Its quite possible they’re not.
