Over the years, many folks have pooh-poohed my interest in Youthening. (But not Bella here, who’s a very young pup herself.)

“That’s beneath you, Wendy. It just your ego being trivial and vain”, they essentially say.

But I disagree heartily and here’s why.

Our bodies are an outer expression – a reflection – of our inner state. And our inner state is changeable.

Most people are starting to have an inkling of the powerful connection between their inner state (beliefs, thoughts, feelings) and the world around them (including their physical bodies). Most are not aware that much of what we belief is ‘true’ are simply common beliefs which we have never questioned. Yet if we question a belief, we can change it. And when we change a belief, physical reality HAS to change in ways that reflect that change. Its ‘the law’.

The belief that our bodies inevitably age and show that decline over time is a pervasive belief with overwhelming evidence to support it.

But what happens when we question it?

We know from quantum physics that time is actually an illusion – and that the bigger part of us (the part most of us aren’t even aware of) exists outside of time. So, in theory, a person who is willing to be waayyy outside the mainstream should be able to ‘unhook’ from the common belief that we MUST age. That person should be able to internally access the timeless part of themselves. And since the outer world reflects the inner world, that consciousness must inevitably become evident in the physical body as well.

That offers some pretty incredible possibilities to that person that go way beyond how glowing or wrinkle-free his or her skin in.

I’m interested in exploring helping people have younger skin because, let’s face it, a whole lot of people are interested in looking young and feeling young. And I’m interested in helping people understand that there is nothing they cannot be or do or have. So to me, if I can help someone remove and wrinkle here, an age-spot there and tighten a saggy jaw, what else will that person start to wonder if they are capable of?

So do I feel that wanting to look younger is vain and trivial?

Hardly. To me its a doorway – a fun one – to discovering the power that exists within you.

If you’ve been following my blog for awhile, you may have noticed that my teleclass community, the Consciousness Playground, recently grew up and moved to a new web-home of its own.

Today on the Consciousness Playground blog, I posted a new Energy Recording (or a Wendy Down-load, as one of my clients calls them) that you may enjoy.    Its called “Want Effortless Harmony with others?” and you can experience it here.

Several months ago I was reading an article about a young man struggling with cancer.  As I read his story, I began to feel flow through me a feeling which I would describe as the energetic equivalent of the opposite of cancer.   Having done as much energy work by now, all I can say is that there’s a characteristic sensation I notice as a problem-state ’shifts out of phase’, leaving behind the spaciousness, freshness and peace of its absence.

Startled, I grabbed my headset and captured the state on recording.   I didn’t quite know what to make of it, however, and didn’t feel ready to post the recording for others to use.    Instead I shared it selectively and have received requests, pleas even, to make the recording more widely available.

So, today, before I take myself (above) out for a ski, I’m doing just that.

I don’t make any claims about what it is or what it can do, but its here for you to try, use and share as you wish.

An interesting aside is that the young man whose cancer prompted the audio has gone into remission.

And here’s how the recording is described by energy wizard, Linda Goodspeed Dodd:

There are a few words in the English language that seem to set everyone’s “spidey senses” on edge. One of those is “The big C” – cancer. Most of us at least know someone who has experienced it. We want to help and don’t always know the best course of action. Here is some additional help.

Wendy has recorded an amazing “Frequency Audio*” for the state where cancer is absent. That’s a whole new way of looking at the dis-ease. This isn’t “anti-cancer” or “healing cancer” – this is the state where the condition (and all of its attendant patterns, etc.) is absent. This recording can be of assistance to someone who has been diagnosed with this condition – regardless of any other courses of treatment that have been chosen. It can be listened to by those who don’t have cancer – but who are concerned about “genetics” or environmental toxins, etc. It seems to break down the patterns that may lead to dis-ease and clears them away. And, as additional support, caregivers are encouraged to listen to it along with the person they are attending.

There is some indication that the recording may also loosen patterns that don’t manifest as physical dis-ease but rather as recurring uncomfortable situations. Take a listen – at the very least, it’s a quiet, comforting few minutes.

It is said that every healer heals by holding a transformative state which the person wishing to be healed matches… or not. In that sense, every healing is self-healing.

Here’s a new recording I just made in which I hold out such a possibility for you. I’m silent, allowing you to pay attention, not to me, but to what’s going on within you as you tune in.

There are just some things that make you go, “Hmmm…..”

In addition to containing my voice and soothing music, the audio communicates, wordlessly and soundlessly, a ’state of being’ or ’state of consciousness’ within which the patterns which cause irregular heartbeats probably dissolves. Its safe, healthy, pleasurable and carries no risk.

By playing the recording, the listener’s body attunes to and easily ‘remembers’ their natural, healthy state – the one in which their heart beats in perfect, easy, natural rhythm.

This resonance between the underlying energetic state on the recording and your body’s physical state can be compared to what happens when you listen to a musical tune you like and, enjoying it, start to hum along.

In the case of this recording, however, what’s embedded is not a sound but an ‘energetic state’. And the part of the listener that ‘hums along’ is a deeper part of their awareness that resonates on the feeling level.

Here’s the energetic equivalent!

Today’s audio can help you explore your comfort level with hanging out in a wide range of electromagnetic frequencies. Most of us who like to play with energy and energetic states tend to prefer the light, high, expansive end of the range. We don’t like to feel solid (or ‘particle’) as much as we like to be light (or ‘wave’).

At least I don’t.

The audio recording below contains some really low, slow vibes. See how easily you access them (are they hard to feel?) and how comfortable they are for you.

Like I explain on the audio, this end of the range seems useful for bringing ideas and imaginations into actual physical expression. Try the exercise I suggest at the end of the audio to see if this low, slow energy, taken one step further if expressed in a specific physical action, helps bring something you want into the here and now.

The other day, I watched the video, below, in which Laurie Moritz demonstrates how she bends a spoon with her mind.

Despite several attempts, I seemed unable to get my spoon to bend like Laurie does.

However, I could tell I was close, so I decided to make an audio recording of myself focusing on this task.    As I made the recording, I felt myself enter a very still state of focus and clear intention – which included an awareness that my hands already knew how to ‘connect’ with the spoon without my mind needing to know how to do this.

As I made the recording, my spoon began to bend.

Later, as I replayed the recording, the spoon bent and twisted easily.   Hm!

If you want to try it yourself, I suggest watching Laurie’s video, then listening to my recording as you focus on bending your own spoon. Give it a few tries if it doesn’t happen at first.
