This morning, I woke up knowing it was time to take the next step forward with a project I’ve been working on for months – my Youthening Program.     My Inbox stuffed with dozens of enthusiastic detailed reports from those who took the beta test, I now know it works and so its time to get it launched into a life of its own.

However, I wasn’t exactly clear on what the next step should be.

Should I beef it up some more?  Add additional videos and audios to help folks understand how and why these quantum downloads work?  Or should I release it as is?     Etcetera.

I know from experience that my best next step always appears when I completely drop the need to make a decision at all.   Once the need to take action is gone, the right next action arises in its own time.  My only job is to remain the space for it to appear within.    To help myself drop the need for a decision, I find nothing better than going for a solo walk.  (See me above, doing that this morning.)

I live in the country and the block around my house includes a 5 km trek skirting farmer’s fields.  Today about 15 minutes into my walk I deliberately let go of any need to take any action whatsoever to move my project, or life, forward in any way.

I began to savour the sweet freedom of life with no to-do list.

Seconds later, a brilliant blue pickup truck pulled up beside me and its smiling driver leaned out the window towards me.

“Hey” he said, “I just have to tell you you look like you are completely enjoying yourself.   With your hair swinging from side to side like that, you look like you don’t have a care in the world.”

I smiled, agreed, and thanked him as he drove away.

Choices will inevitably be made.   But for now, all that’s required – or possible – from me is appreciation for the sunshine, the walk and timely confirmation of my relaxed state of mind from a cheerful stranger in a blue pickup truck.

That’s what Ken Garlock of South Pasadena, California says after completing the beta test of my 6-month Youthening Program.

Ken also said:

“The biggest changes I noticed were in the feelings of well being and increased energy.

I’m 66 years old and since doing the Youthening Program, have been doing full days of yard work without tiring. Before I was worn out after an hour or so. Now I don’t even tire after the full day of work.

Another plus is my skin. It has a much softer look to it and the wrinkles around my eyes are gone. Age spots have decreased a lot – I hope that continues.

6 months ago, members of my online community The Consciousness Playground started to beta test my new Youthening Program.   The beta test was intended to let participants experience the impact of this Program at its most bare bones.   Participants experienced the 12 Quantum Downloads I captured on audio-recordings with no added embellishments.

There were no ‘exercises’, no guided meditations, no teaching, no description, no lessons or explanation.

Just the 12 Youthening Downloads, each one a minute long listened to 3 times over 3 days spaced 2 weeks apart.

(I’ll do the math for you: members invested a total of under 40 minutes over a 6 month period in the Youthening Program.)

At the beginning, participants scored themselves on a Youth Assessment I designed.  The Youth Assessment allowed members to score their satisfaction in all aspects of their physical, mental and emotional well-being.     They re-took this test again at the end of the Youthening Program.

So far, the results are exceeding all my expectations.

Not surprising, I suppose, since I had no idea what to expect.

I’ll share more of the results reported in more detail later, but here a very few (typical) examples of the many positive reports members are describing:

“I do notice definite changes… What I now have is a complete shift in perspective, that really anything is possible. How refreshing and empowering !!   On the physical front, I have noticed a definite improvement in my skin with less obvious lines and wrinkles and I feel less stiff and achy … “

“My Youth Assessment scores have increased from 65 points to 76 points. Seven of  the 14 age-related problems listed 6 months ago have been improved or no longer a problem…  I just passed my 60th birthday and I do not look like it. The wrinkles on my hands are less than 6 months ago.”

“My score went from 52 to 83, how’s that? And I think it should be higher, since I am not walking with a cane any longer and my overall functioning level has immensely improved…”

“… my short term memory has improved. I no longer have pain in my hands as I did when we began this short journey together. My muscle tone is better and I have far fewer gray in my hair… Best of all I feel young and youthful… I also feel very optimistic about my future as I believe the “aging process” has been arrested in me….

“My total score went up an extra nine points and oddly enough, I felt that I scored high in the beginning. I’ve noticed that my youthening is mostly on a physical level. What I had noticed before as little imperfections have now disappeared! It also seems that more people are asking me about my weight, as if they might notice something different but can’t really say what it is that looks different about me. I listed 8 issues that I wanted to see change in, and so far I’ve hit 5 of them…  I have also been observing others…looking at them wondering if they are also youthening? It seems that friends and family are also looking and feeling good too!”

“My score went from 53 to 73. I would have to say my most dramatic Youthening has been in the area of strength and flexibility. I can now easily raise myself up from the couch or an easy chair and wiggle/scrunch/maneuver to get in and out of a car. (That is HUGE.) I can pick up and carry things that I haven’t been able to for a long time. My hair seems thicker (it was seriously getting thin) and it has less gray. Also, my lymph circulation is improved, and pain in my feet, knees, back and neck has diminished greatly and, in some areas, disappeared. I think I have fewer wrinkles, too.”

And so on.    (And on, and on…)

Now, did everyone experience such positive results?

No, but the highly positive results like these are currently outweighing the neutral or negative scoring by at least 7 to 1.  I figure that’s about as often as Tylenol relieves a headache and I understand Tylenol is considered a reliable pain reliever…

Now that we know the Youthening Downloads usually result in observable effects, I’m adding to the existing bare bones of the Youthening Program.

I’m writing explanations, information and practical exercises to supplement the 12 Youthening Downloads.    Making it understandable and practical for those who want to youthen but don’t get the whole quantum thing.

If you’ve been following my latest blog posts, you already know that starting in July in my online community, The Consciousness Playground, we’re going to be trying our hand at using consciousness alone to reshape physical matter. Specifically, ahem, our bodies.

If this notion seems intriguing (or preposterous) you’ll want to know that JP Farrell (pictured, left) has been doing this for years – with lots of evidence to prove it.

When I first came across JP’s story and the book in which he shares it, Manifesting Michelangelo, I cried for sheer joy.

JP proves that it is possible to reshape your physical body and transform your physical appearance.

(You’ll forgive me for mentioning that JP himself appears fairly easy on the eyes. As you might expect a sculptor of the human form to be.)

As a Consciousness Pioneer, I love to push the boundaries of what we humans collectively believe possible.  My current passion is to reveal the true connection between your spirituality and physical beauty. (Left is me, making a video on the topic in my backyard last week.   The wee orb by my left eye hung around during the filming…)  

I want to find out, “Can your spirituality make you beautiful?”   And I invite you to find out with me.

Most of us have a love-hate relationship with physical beauty.  We admire it, secretly long for it yet feel powerless to influence our own.  Feeling stuck with ‘what we were born with’ we scorn those who attempt to improve their attractiveness, yet relate to the feeling clearly exposed in the overly-Botoxed face or cosmetically-plumped parts - a yearning to be something more beautiful than we feel we are.

It doesn’t have to be this way!   Its entirely possible for the inner transformation you are experiencing to also be visible in a dramatic transformation in your physical appearance as well. In fact, evidence of this truth is already being gathered through results like these that people are experiencing with my Youthening Program, currently coming to the end of its beta testing phase.

The laws of physics require that a change in your inner awareness and power must be reflected in your outward life – including your appearance – as well.   Unless you believe this is not possible.   Or have conflicted ideas like ‘desiring beauty is vain’, ‘I don’t deserve it’, ‘I shouldn’t want it’ or ‘beauty would bring unwanted problems of its own’.

I want to bust those unconsciously-agreed up beliefs to smithereens so you can be physically beautiful and own it as a natural expression of who you really are.

Why not make a dream you’ve never dared to dream come true?

Three months ago I launched a beta test of my quantum state-based Youthening Program with about 150 members of my online community, the Consciousness Playground.

Those members are now half-way through the 6-month Youthening Program.

So… are they experiencing Youthening effects?

It certainly seems so.    (Unlike my two kids, Nick and Haley, pictured with me above. They are definitely growing older.  In fact, see here the little pumpkins they were just a short while ago.)

Each member of the Youthening Program completes a Youth Assessment Test when they begin the program and retakes it at the end.  While no member has yet been in the Youthening Program long enough to have their ‘before and after’ measures yet, here are a few comments made by members already:

“I noticed a remarkable physical change, one that I wasn’t expecting. Yesterday I attended a meeting and someone who hadn’t seen me in a year exclaimed, “you are so radiant…you look like years have fallen off of you”. At the end of that same meeting a man who has to be 10 years younger than me asked for my phone number for a date. Love it! (C.M.)

I can’t say if these results are ‘typical’.

Its quite possible they’re not.

This week, members of my online community, The Consciousness Playground, began beta testing the 180-day Youthening Program I’ve been working on for months.

On the Recordings, I hold various feelings (states of emotion) in which experiencing yourself as youthful is ‘already done‘.

Folks are starting to report changes already after only 1 week – I can’t wait to see what 180 days brings!

If you’ve been following my Organ Regeneration and Youthening explorations in recent months, you’ll know that I’ve been keeping my 12 Youthening Downloads under wraps.

I’m now releasing these Youthening Downloads to members of my online community, the Consciousness Playground.

Its a ‘beta test’ to see what happens when folks who really know how to create their own realities get 6 months of support on every level to discover that aging is optional.

Yesterday I let Consciousness Playground members know that in a few days they’ll be invited to join the Youthening Program I’ve developed around those 12 quantum Downloads.

Here’s what I said to members yesterday:

“As a Consciousness Playground member, next week you’ll be invited to join the Youthening Program.  Once you join, you will have access to the series of 12 “Youthening Downloads (short, mostly wordless audio-recordings I’ve made which contain quantum information and ‘states’ that will allow you to easily access unprecedented vitality, well-being and youthfulness.)

This program will be like turning back the clock.    I’ll just say that much for now.

When you register for the Youthening Program beta test,  you’ll gain access to the Youthening Download #1 audio-recording right away.  And then, every 14 days after that, you’ll receive access to the next in the series.  Each is only about 60 seconds long and you’ll be encouraged to listen to each one 3 times – preferably 3 days in a row.

I’m very excited to be launching this Youthening experience with a group of powerful consciousness pioneers.

I know, I know, I haven’t kept you in the loop about what’s going on with the Organ Regrowth and Regeneration Work I’ve brought back from Thailand.

And I’m way behind on sharing the Youthening Downloads I’ve captured on audio.

Here’s a quick update about what’s going on:

• I’ve been bowled over by interest in the Organ Regrowth and Regeneration material.

• Membership in my online community, The Consciousness Playground doubled this month, as members are getting a direct experience of the Organ Regrowth and Regeneration processes through 3-ish hours of Audio-recordings and teleclasses.

• The Consciousness Playground Members Only Forum is burning up with members excited comments, questions, stories and shares.

BEST OF  ALL - Organ Regrowth and Regeneration results are already showing up!

• For example, just today a member reported on noticeable changes in the appearance and level of discomfort of a tooth with a long-standing problem.

• And a client of mine with a longstanding spinal cord injury is experiencing repetitive, consistent firing of certain muscles. This is brand new for him and very encouraging.

• Australian healer, Ken Graydon, is offering discounted Organ Regeneration sessions to Consciousness Playground members this month.   (Ken is in the Consciousness Playground with me, guiding and teaching!)

• One member, Elke Thape, just translated an important document that we didn’t have access to before from German into English.  So as of yesterday, Consciousness Playground members are busy working with that extremely helpful resource too.

BTW, anyone joining the Consciousness Playground before the end of Feb, 2011 will get access to all the Recordings and discussion, since 3 months of Archives are kept available for members.

• So there’s plenty of activity and excitement in the Consciousness Playground at the moment.  And I just told members how I plan to extend and expand what they’re learning this month into December and January as well

• All the Recordings of the Organ Regrowth and Regeneration I’ve made, the written texts, and the Members Only Forum discussions will be available to you if you join the Consciousness Playground before February, 2011.

So its not too late for you!

On the Youthening front, you may have seen this earlier post where I announced that, given the indescribable climate of the Consciousness Playground, I’ve decided to test-drive my 12 Youthening Downloads with members of the Consciousness Playground – starting in January, 2011, before releasing them more widely into the world.

As the 12 Youthening Downloads come into their first physical expression, (ie altering bodies!) I want that to happen within the soft, sacred, magical space of the Consciouseness Playground first.

This will make the transformations easier and more powerful for those who experience the 12 Youthening Downloads later.

So, if you’re not a Consciousness Playground member, know the 12 Youthening Downloads are still on their way to you for free.
