That’s what Ken Garlock of South Pasadena, California says after completing the beta test of my 6-month Youthening Program.

Ken also said:

“The biggest changes I noticed were in the feelings of well being and increased energy.

I’m 66 years old and since doing the Youthening Program, have been doing full days of yard work without tiring. Before I was worn out after an hour or so. Now I don’t even tire after the full day of work.

Another plus is my skin. It has a much softer look to it and the wrinkles around my eyes are gone. Age spots have decreased a lot – I hope that continues.

You don’t need me to tell you that, no matter what work you do, it can sometimes get serious.    Especially if, like me, your work intersects with the lives, health and happiness of others.

So I thought that today I’d share one secret I’ve used to help myself keep it light.

When I got him about 12 years ago I decided that his job was to ask me one question:

“What would make this more fun?”

So over the years, many times I’ve stopped to ask myself, “What would make this more fun?”

For example, I used to get serious while adding new audio-recordings to the Consciousness Playground online Store.  (Its technical work and I’m not so technical…)

Then one day, I asked myself, “What would make this more fun?”

And the answer was, “Find a great photo to go with each recording.”

So I got myself a membership at iStock.com and now, whenever I add a recording to the Store, my second favourite part after making the recording, is choosing the photo that goes with it.

Two days ago, for example, I spent a happy hour scrolling through iStock to find a photo to go with the Russian New Knowledge Organ Regeneration Audio-Package I just added there.     (Hint:  if you search for photos that represent ‘organ regeneration’ you get nada.   The concept obviously hasn’t hit mainstream yet  :-)

But I absolutely love the one I found and think it represents the concept perfectly.   See what I mean here… 

And hey, if you ever come across a photo you think would be great for one of my topics – Body Sculpting, say – I’d love to see it!

Its an offensive question, unless you consider it from a quantum perspective, where the only possible answer is ‘Yes’.

After all, my desire to help others requires that there exist those who reciprocate by needing my help.    Now, if those folks exist independent of me, that’s no problem.  But on an energetic level where ‘what I put out is what I attract’, then my desire to heal suffering actually creates the suffering that needs to be healed.

Quantum-wise, there’s no getting around it.

I stumbled upon this uncomfortable realization several years ago.  And I saw that if I really wanted to live on a planet where healing wasn’t required, then first I had to stop being a healer.

And that was a problem because I had a lot invested in helping others heal.

Helping others gave me a great sense of satisfaction. It gave purpose to my days.   And by gum, it was the source of my income.

I got a lot of personal benefit from living in a world that includes suffering.    And I saw to my discomfort, that I had a lot to lose if I lived in a world where no one needed healing, no one needed help and no one needed my services.

At first that felt really bad.  Until it started to feel really good.

There’s a saying in quantum circles that “you can’t experience a reality you’re not the vibration of.”  Meaning, in this case, that if you’re experiencing a world that includes suffering, you can’t experience a world where there is no suffering.   Change your vibe, however, and you change the world you live in.

I realized that more than wanting satisfaction, purpose and income, I wanted to live in a world where no one suffered or needed help or healing.

And that shift led me to explore levels of consciousness play that are rarely talked about, much less discussed.

Starting next month in my online community, the Consciousness Playground, we’re going to dive in to this topic.   Its part of a new level of play that includes seeing how your inner ‘light’ can reshape your physical body.

Some will consider this focus frivolous in a world that has so many more serious things to be concerned about.

I couldn’t disagree more.   And starting in July, in the Consciousness Playground, I’ll show you how and why.

You may feel a sudden urge to exercise again.

You may suddenly find a healthy diet that appeals to you.

You may hear of simpler, more affordable medical procedures, astounding new products and just-discovered healing processes.   Each effective in undoing the effects of time.

Life is going to turn itself inside out soon to offer a variety of ways to look, feel and be young.

Understand that, behind the scenes, you are the organizing force.

One day you’ll look back to see how YOU were the source of your own Youthening all along.

If you’ve been participating in the Youthening work going on here, you might be wondering, “When am I going to start seeing results?”

A natural question, fer sure.

If you believe what my inner guides, Larry, Curley and Moe are saying, it probably won’t be tomorrow.

The word is that the sequence of change embedded in the Youthening Downloads I’m capturing on audio and posting here, are working on you from the inside out.

Which of course is fitting, since the outside world is always a reflection of the inside world.

So if you’re disappointed because you haven’t seen dewy, flawless skin by now, try to trust that there are forces at work here that know better than you and I how deliver this in the best possible way.

And if it helps, keep in mind one of my favorite reassuring quotes, “Disappointment is just a judgment made too soon.”

A couple weeks ago I had the good fortune to meet Sam (left) who was visiting Canada from his home in the UK.

As we sat down to chat, I asked Sam a question I often ask first-time visitors to my studio/office.

“Sam, what do you understand that I do for people?”

Sam’s reply was so clear, succinct and accurate that it stopped me cold.

In eight simple words, Sam summed up not only my underlying approach to life but also what I’m up to right now with my ridiculously impossible Youthening work.

Sam’s warm, brown eyes flashed as he said,

“You help people believe they can do anything.”

Right on, Sam. No one has ever said it better.

I help people believe they can do anything – especially the impossible – because I know for sure that whatever a person believes IS true. For them.

If a person is committed to believing that its laughable to think that wrinkles could ever be erased naturally, the Universe will turn itself inside out to prove them right. They will see evidence everywhere supporting their view as the right one.

But, if someone else believes it may be possible to grow young again, the Universe will also eventually prove them right too.

We often mistakenly say, “Seeing is believing”. But its actually the reverse.

Believing is seeing.

With the impossible, it can just take a bit longer.

So thanks, Sam. I do help people believe they can do anything.

Because I know for sure that they can.

Yesterday I recording the second of what will ultimately be 12 quantum downloads designed to rejuvenate your body so you look younger and feel younger.

But as the download came through, the complexity of the quantum data appeared to overwhelm my audiorecording software. It was unable to process the complex data. (I blogged about it here.)

But whatever needed to happen did, and today I accessed the Youthening Download #2 audio-recording which is embedded with the next quantum package of multi-dimensional energy that will give you anti-aging effects.

I just recorded Youthening Download #2 of a series of 12 Youthening Downloads.

Or, as a dear client of mine calls these – Wendy Down-loads

Youthening Download #2 stimulates the stem cells in your body to create new cells from your ideal/original cell template, rather than reproducing cells which remember the passage of time and events such as traumas that have occurred in your past.

Youthening Download #2 provokes a restimulation – a re-awakening – of your stem cells by about 5%. Its a gentle initiation, and soft-start, preparing you for what’s ahead.

The trouble is, a very odd thing happened as I was capturing the Download on recording.

Garage Band (the software program I use to capture these recordings) seized up. The reason given was that the recording contains too much complex information – too many tracks – for Garage Band to play in real time.

Tee hee.

The truth is that the ’3D’ recording could NOT be less complex. It’s one single track of my voice, mostly silent. There could not be LESS information to capture.

So where is Garage Band finding all the the complexity and all the tracks that it can’t handle?

On the quantum level, of course.

Apparently Garage Band recognizes all the information but, this time, its beyond its capacity to handle.

I like the confirmation!

Its my intention that my recording software, given enough ‘real time’ will eventually process all the complex tracks currently confusing it. Because then I’ll be able to share the recording with you.

In the meantime, its ready and available in pure consciousness. If you know how to grab it from there, do! And let me know what you notice.

If you don’t, stay tuned and keep your finger crossed that Garage Band either gets a quantum upgrade or figures out what to do with all that information.

My husband, Dwayne, and I just booked our flights yesterday. He’s joining me to explore Bangkok and Northern Thailand for 8 days before the seminar starts

I just confirmed us for a 4-day stay at a lovely quiet Guest House in Chiang Mai (photo left) which was highly recommended on the Fodor’s Travel Talks Forum that I often troll for good travel advice.

And my fellow seminar attendee and Aussie healer,Ken Graydon, has cautioned me to bring a pair of long pants, to provide comfort during the elephant ride we’ll be taking at the seminar. (Who knew that elephants have uncomfortably bristly hides?)

So the adventure continues to take form.
