We had a wonderful, wobbly time. We started by identifying what each person wanted to take away from the session and the areas of life each person would like to see a change in.

After that, we practiced accessing ‘the Matrix Energetics state’ a few different ways, until we were all deeply into it. From there, we each found a simple way to interact - at one go - with all the changes identified by each person, by having the collective appear as a single pattern, image or feeling.

After that, we worked with the notion of multiple selves. Everyone found this easy, interesting and quite real. The two hours passed quickly!

I should add the qualifier that any child who understands this will likely be on the older side.  And probably considered kinda smart too. 

I could see he was concentrating hard on something as he stood there.  Next I watched him step through the light beam. The detector didn’t go off.  Other people, including myself, walked through and each time, as expected, the detector sounded.  But when Nick walked through, three of four times in a row, it didn’t beep.  Sure enough, when I asked him about it, he said that he’d been working on being invisible and was using the motion detector as a means to determine if he was being successful.

(You gotta love it AND hate it when your kids get this stuff before you do…)

After we got home, Nick discovered a baby bird drowning in our pool.   After scooping it out of the water and laying it on the grass, his first response was to reach out his hands and work energetically with the bird. 

Here’s a photo of Nick working on the bird (far right) after he was joined by his little sister and a playmate.   It lay there struggling to breathe for about an hour then eventually regained its strength and flew away.

Did their efforts to help that bird recover actually help?  I can’t say for sure,  but I do know that the connection they felt to that bird and the power they felt in having something to offer it in its suffering was magical to observe.

“All truth passes through three stages.

First, it is ridiculed.

Second, it is violently opposed.

Third, It is accepted as being self evident.”

When it was suggested that the Earth was round rather than flat, people went through these stages.

When it was suggested the Earth rotates around the sun rather than the sun around the Earth, people went through these stages.

Now its being suggested and reported that transformation can occur in an instant.   And that we are capable of influencing our ‘reality’ much more than we’ve previously believed.

How would you say that you and those around you feel about that suggestion?

By the way, I don’t take credit for what she experienced, but I do admit to holding the space for it to occur 

Here’s what she wrote,

“I had extreme feelings of sadness which originated from childhood experiences.   I was consumed with self-hatred, anger, sadness and wanted to check out of this world. I could not think of a reason to keep going. The fact that I was a mother, daughter, a friend, etc. held no weight with the overwhelming sadness and darkness. I was crying for no apparent reason, I felt out of control.

I had heard about  Matrix Energetics (ME) and Wendy. I gave her call looking from some type of RELIEF. This was my last attempt. If it did not work, I decided that I was done.

 What happened when Wendy called blew me away.  (Keep in mind as I describe this that she was in Canada and I am in Indiana.) As we begain to talk, she offered to try doing some Matrix Energetics.  Within minutes, literally minutes; ALL was gone! I felt Love, Joy and Laughter. I had been trying to get relief from this situation for hours and days and ME did it within minutes.To describe it more fully, as Wendy started to work with me, I saw a figure (I choose to call it God) holding his hands out for me, just like a parent holding his hands out to pick up a small child. I saw myself as a little girl (a toddler), I was joyous and without a care in the world; I ran into his arms. He picked me up and I felt LOVE like no other, I knew I was safe and what a warmth feeling went through me.  Love touched the very core of me. 

I then became a little woozy and flighty, but still aware. I sat on my couch for an hour unable to move, after the hour passed I felt extremely tired. I went to sleep for about 15 minutes. I became reenergized. I wen

Kenji Kumara is a quantum healer who works utterly without any ‘technique’ or doing. As he describes it, he simply ‘holds the state of transformation’ and people collapse into that state, entering an expanded state of consciousness as their conscious mind ‘reboots’.

During this week’s teleclass, Kenji demonstrated his unique way of accessing and working in the quantum field. In his words, “If we can hold an internal state or feeling of divine love, anything is possible for the receiver, client or student as well as for the facilitator or teacher. We can access a field or matrix of energy that we can call the matrix of all possibilities. On the teleclass, Kenji guided us to discover within ourselves the transformative state he works from. Then he worked with us as a group to “collapse any trauma we unconsciously carry from the past including the ancient past”. Since the call, I’ve received many email reports of Kenji’s work having been a profound experience for folks who caught the call live or listened to the recording later.

During our next teleclass, on June 3, we’ll be trying out a fascinating new way (which Reggi Shelley demonstrated on one of our recent Immersion Study Group calls) that allows us to experience, directly in our bodies, how possibilities move through us to manifest into reality. Its the clearest experience I’ve had yet of how we energetically create from thought to ‘thing’ and can identify where in us, any particular one might be stuck.

“Life is pretty simple.   You do some stuff.   Most fails.   Some works.   You do more of what works.   If it works big, others quickly copy it.  Then you do something else.   The trick is the doing something else.” 

Being willing to always do something else - something not yet tried - is what we do best in the Consciousness Playground teleclasses that I lead.  

“Consciousness” is a topic that’s hot in…  well, our consciousness these days.    Ask the 11 million or so people taking Oprah and Eckhart Tolle’s ground-breaking webclass.  

As many of us grasp the awareness that our essence extends beyond the limitations we’ve always believed,  mind-bending new things to ‘try to do’ occur to us.   

Some work.   (”Can we slow or speed up time?   Apparently.”)

Some don’t.   (Can we teleport ourselves at will?  Maybe not yet…)

But we keep doing something new. 

And according to Tom Peters, that’s the trick.  

Here’s the short version of how I do it -
I’ll have the person put their attention on the location of their pain. In their shoulder, say.  Then I have them find a place in their body where there is no pain. (say, in their nose or hand.) I then ask them to hold in their awareness the contrasting sensations that exist in those two places (2 points) simultaneously. 

“Here it hurts.  Here it feels wonderful.  Both are true.”

 I’ll have them move their attention back and forth between the two places.   From a Matrix Energetics perspective, this is a version of the ‘two-point’ technique.

Sometimes as hold the two points in their awareness at the same time, they notice themselves feeling a bit odd, or say that the two points are changing.  Sometimes the sensations  start to ‘merge’. 

Other times, I’ll have them try to see if they can notice that the sensation of ’no-pain’ can spread.  Even towards and through or underneath or woven in between the area where there is pain.   To see if they can find the ’no-pain’ sensation within the same location as the pain.  Even in brief glimpses. 

They usually waffle back and forth a bit at first, but eventually notice that they can either attend to either pain or the no-pain in that location.  It mostly depends which they put their attention on.   Almost inevitably, if they let themselves stop checking for the pain and instead start to relax into or ‘favor’ the no-pain, the pain starts to diminish.  After awhile, if they can overcome any refusal to believe that it could disappear that quickly, the pain becomes inaccessible.    Gonzo.

From a Law of Attraction perspective, the explanation for this is that many ‘vibrational frequencies’ (or feelings) exist as possibilities all the time.  By consciously and deliberating shifting where we put our attention, we can directly alter what is ‘most real’.   

 Try it for yourself.

PS.  I had someone try this same approach with the feeling of a head cold coming on. He found the sensation of ‘no-head cold’ first in his hand then gradually he could find the sensation higher up his arm and eventually right mixed in with the cold sensation in his head. When he was able to stay attended to the no-head cold sensation in his head, the symptoms were no longer accessible and the cold never appeared.

As I read it, I was reminded of a prediction I read 18 months ago on Lightworker.com which sounded to me like what Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor may have been experiencing during her stroke.  Here’s an excerpt from that Oct/06 message: 
“There is the rewiring of mankind which is beginning.  The two halves of the brain that had to be separate to give you the illusion of the field of duality are starting to join together.  Instead of having small, synaptic pathways that move back and forth between the halves, as you evolve as humans, the two halves will become one.  The illusion and the veil actually exist between the two halves of your brain, for the left side is the marker of time. It gives you the illusion of living in a field of duality and gives you the illusion of linear time, which gives you a path to follow.  It gives a spirit a game to play as a human.  Your right brain is the all-creative brain but does not have any concept of time. It has no concept of boxes that things fit into.  That is the other side of the brain.  Those two are beginning to grow stronger with this rewiring.  It is not simply a case of new or improved synaptic pathways between the two; it will be a blending of the two as the human animal evolves to contain a higher vibration of spirit…for it is not the human that is evolving.  It is the spirit that is evolving, causing the human shell, the bubble of biology, to change to accommodate it.  That is happening now…”
So what’s the deal?  Is there some truth to this?  Are our brains in the process of evolving to a new, more integrated state in which we can simultaneously experience ourselves as individuals while also living consciously in the state of Oneness, peace and connection that Dr. Bolte Taylor - and many others describe?     I’m not sure, but its what we talked about and practiced experiencing on the Consciousness Playground call that I hosted today.     If you want to hear the call or be part of the conversation, you can do both by joining the Consciousness Playground Community.

I returned home yesterday morning at 4am (Yawn) from a Matrix Energetics seminar in Baltimore.   If you haven’t heard of it yet, Matrix Energetics is a fast-growing, simple to learn way to access the quantum or zero point field and effect massive transformation.   

I kid you not.  Its a phenomenon that’s just starting to break through.

Reggi Shelley, pictured on the right with me above, is a Master Practitioner of this work and one of the seminar presenters. 

This past weekend, Reggi spontaneously demonstrated a group healing/transformation session in which she wove Matrix Energetics together with her own special magic.  While to the outside observer, Reggi may have appeared to simply be moving her hands randomly in empty space, the impact of what she was doing was noticeably felt by the hundreds of people in the room.   If you’re into consciousness work, this was something not to be missed.  I suspect we’ll be seeing this type of energy medicine taught and practiced more and more as its dramatic, and often instantaneous results are documented.
