I just received the first of what will probably be 12 Energetic Downloads to support our Youthening work together.
This one “Youthening Download #1″ appears to bring forward the template of your ideal body so that your current physical body can re-align with it. Probably will bring a memory on the cellular level of what it feels like to be vibrant, well, and healthy.
But it may be quite a bit more than that so feel free to try it on for size.

REJEAN.Hi Wendy, i just finish listening to #1 for the third time.The first day and the second day, i felt a sharp pain on the right brain side .It lasted for a while than shifted to the right side of my chest and held there for about five minutes.When it desapered, i noticed a verry warm and intance felling all over my body.Tonight,i felt a cold breeze from my toes and up my legs.I enjoy this youthening experience and i admit that i prefer when you do some taking.It is more profond and better for concentration. Today is the start of the 180- days Youthening program that we shall be testing in the Consciousness Playground.
I have been listening to the two Downloads available, on and off, since Septmber. I find them of enormous benefit on the level of all of my bodies. My plan for the first two downloads, which are like dearest friends to me already, is to check one by one all the bodies I can access … why ? I guess I just received the instructions to do it. Ok, will do!

Hi Neva – I am a member of the Consciousness Playground, and I have some answers to your questions.
Starting next month, January 2011, Wendy will be sharing the Youthening Downloads within the Playground. After she tries them out on us – they will become available – free – to everybody.
Wendy is sharing with us all the NK – New Knowledge, from the Thailand seminar, and we are practicing it, we can ask questions, receive answers and also play with “buddies” – or other members. I have asked Wendy what is the coherence between her Youthening Downloads and the Organ Regeneration program, and she said that the Downloads are embracing everything in the program, just the program gives the conscious mind something to hang on to, or this is what I understood. The two free Youthening programs have resulted in a healing of my constant after surgery hip and lower back pain. I am still listening to them almost every day, before she starts sharing them with us in the Clonsciousness Playground.
All the teleconferences are recorded, some specific “controls” of the NK are also transcripted. And Wendy shares with us so much more than either ME or NK present.
I wish I could express and convey to you the light and information, the vibrations, the frequency level, the love, understanding and support that permeates the CP. So I do my best … in this sentence is ensconced the magickal connection between both of us, since I sense with you the same desire to find a HOME that I was filled with before I joined this wondrous Playground. There is no doubt about it – we are there playing the Great Game of Infinite Self.

Wendy: Welcome back. I am just checking in to see where you are on the reintroduction of the 12 energetic downloads? I’m looking forward to playing with them soon. Also, would you mind explaining the monthly playground you’ve introduced a bit more, in terms of exactly what happens?
One challenge I have with having to be at a certain place, at a certain time, is that time is all wonky for me and making plans in the future feels like a cosmic joke. Is it possible, if you are a member, to review the tapes or is there a written version, should you not be on the monthly call?
Also, what actually goes on? Do you share a specific part of the workshops you attended or is it more Matrix Energetics? Or a mix?

Hi Wendy,
Wow, thanks so much! I did the first download yesterday and when I put my hands out to receive, there was an actual physical weight that I felt. Also, at the end of the recording, there was some pulsing at the base of my skull which continued for some time. I am generally very sensitive to energy, and have had attunements before, but really, never anything with as clear and tactile as this one – woo hoo! Very exciting!
Just completed day two of the first download and today, the energy entered through the crown of my head in a clockwise rotational pattern, and streamed down my body, which was swaying slightly in a small spiral pattern as well. My palms were pulsing, and again, there was pulsing at the back of my head, at the base of the skull.
I am so looking forward to working with the coming downloads and am telling my friends that this is something they must definitely experience!

Wendy: Just received download #1 again and wanted to feedback that the impact was far deeper for me the second time. I personally encourage folks to return for a second listen. In fact, I plan on returning regularly to see how this work continues to deepen. I also attempted to listen to the money download. I have some feedback on that as well and would prefer to give that to you personally. If you could contact me with personal contact info, I’d be happy to share my experience with that one, which was quite different than with the youthening downloads. I have been sensing the “outline” of this template of my self for the past few days…moving like it, feeling like it…
Thank you dear Wendy, for this first of 12 downloads. Here’s what happened for me, keeping in mind that it is challenging to describe in words, what is felt energetically:
With both arms upstretched and palms open to heaven, I received an ‘overlay’ of the energy of my ideal body. As I did that (receiving this ascending psychic energy stream of overlay), it compacted into a stream into my body (visually picture this wide psychic river narrowing to the shape of ) ( from | | … if you can try to see this visual — narrowing into the authentic stream-lined ideal body Self — pushing out toxins, pushing out old stagnant energy, to absorb the new template.

Wendy: I did youthening download # 2 before # 1 and I actually felt it weaving into the existing gridline of # 2. Pretty awesome and a confirmation, to me, that your series will build on itself and each will enhance the others. I did a lot of deep breathing too, with # 1 and noticed it more in my spine and etheric field than # 2. Thanks again. Wonderful gifts.

I have just absorbed your treasure of a download for the third time. Each time was amplified, sensations were – are – very strong, my cells are vibrating alive, lots of communication going on inside the body. Energy level raising steadily, chronic pain abating daily. This is the first time I am receiving an energetic experience with this power and on
this level. I love it, looking forward to experiencing all 12 o them!

Loved the down load.I was not focused on anything,was relaxed and comfortable.
The gift that was placed in my hand was like a puff of soft cuddly fuzzy white light.
I placed it in my heart and it changed to soft baby pastel colors enveloping me, then swirled all around my body like a wonderful caress.
At the end I was like a big soft love ball.

I experienced a lot of involuntary movement in my hands – usually my sign that I am receiving something powerful. I noticed a violet color with metallic sparkles. It feels like F17 and F15 a la ME are in there. Feeling lighter and smiley-er than a bit earlier. Thank you!!!
This landed in my heart and radiated outward, beyond my physical body, to encompass me in a warm, loving light! The possibilities are open-ended so it will be fun to notice the differences as they appear!

I’ve already had some very encouraging youthening moments since you’ve opened this topic here so I look forward to seeing what fun and unexpected things turn up now.
Thanks for the download. For me, the energy came in a ray that waved from head to foot and then eventually flowed in the shape of an infinity sign. No questions asked. No preconceptions. No explanations. Noticed it then turn into a lotus flower that represented me opening up and allowing more light to be absorbed into the petals.
The process of realizing a more youthful version of me feels triggered. That youthful version, which of course already exists, has got my attention, waving and inviting my consciousness to insert itself there. However, in the process I noticed some form of a negotiation start to take place, which is simply that part of my belief system that is the old guard, the subconscious protector standing between me and that version.
Think I’ll just notice that situation for a while and see what shows up.
