		<description>This was spot-on for me, to understand why I kept creating an unwanted situation over and over - the pay offs were: I got to be right, I got to share/commiserate with others and elicit sympathy, and gain support, (forms of attention) as well.  But as Dr. Dyer says, &quot;I would rather be happy, than be right.&quot;   This is the perfect assist to shift away from problem patterns!  Thanks, Wendy!</description>
